When you register on inazuma, we ask for a username, email address, a secure password, your mobile number, and confirmation that you accept our terms. After registration, you will receive a verification email — click the link to confirm your email address. Next, we ask you to upload a valid identity document (KTP or passport) and proof of residence to complete Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification. This process protects both you and inazuma by confirming your identity and ensuring you are in a jurisdiction where our service is available. Verification typically takes a few hours but may take longer during peak periods. Until KYC is complete, you cannot deposit or withdraw funds, though you can explore our demo modes on some games.

Yes. We support deposits and withdrawals via all four major Indonesian banks: online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment. You can transfer funds directly from your bank account to inazuma. We also accept payments through digital wallets — online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment — and via e-wallet (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard). When you deposit, select your preferred payment method from our cashier page, enter the amount, and follow the instructions. Bank transfers typically complete within a standard processing window, though delays may occur during high-traffic periods or bank maintenance. inazuma offers demo or practice modes on many of our slot games and some live-dealer tables. Demo mode lets you play with virtual credits so you can learn the rules and game mechanics without risking real money. You can access demo mode before creating an account or after login without using your real balance. If a deposit or withdrawal does not complete, the first step is to check your account balance on inazuma and your bank or wallet account. Sometimes a transaction may show as pending on your bank side but not yet on inazuma, or vice versa. If the funds are debited from your bank or wallet but do not appear on inazuma within the expected processing window, contact our support team immediately with your transaction reference number, date, and time. We will investigate and either credit your account or raise a dispute with your payment provider. For withdrawals, check that your bank account details are correct and that you have completed KYC verification. Some banks may reject a transfer if details do not match your verified account; in that case, we will hold the funds pending your correction or contact your bank to clarify. Do not attempt multiple transactions for the same amount — wait for the first to be confirmed.

Games and markets

Security, support, and your data

To contact inazuma support, log in to your account and click the "Help" or "Support" button in the bottom right corner of the screen. A live-chat window will open where you can describe your issue. Our support team typically responds within a standard timeframe during business hours. For account security issues or if you cannot log in, email our support address directly (available in your account or in the footer of this website). When contacting support, have your username and account email ready, plus any relevant transaction IDs or details about your issue. We support multiple languages including English and Indonesian, so feel free to write in whichever language is most comfortable. For urgent matters such as unauthorized account access or lost funds, mark your message as urgent and we will prioritize it.

If you forget your inazuma password, click "Forgot password?" on the login page. You will be asked to enter your username or email address. We will send a password-reset link to your registered email. Click the link and follow the instructions to set a new password. The reset link expires after a certain period for security reasons, so act promptly. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder. If the email does not arrive after a few minutes, contact our support team and we will send a manual reset link. For added security, use a strong password (mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols) and do not share your password with anyone. inazuma rewards loyal players through weekly cashback and tiered loyalty programs. Weekly cashback is a small percentage returned to your account based on your total selections (wins and losses combined) during the week. This is credited automatically each Monday and appears in your account balance. Loyalty tiers progress as you play — the more you engage with our platform, the higher your tier.
